AAMI Park is home to a wide variety of sporting organisations.
For a number of years, Tennis Victoria, Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre and the Victorian Olympic Council occupied a building on Olympic Boulevard, situated around what is now Entrance F of AAMI Park. Before this building was demolished, these organisations were the first to move into the new Stadium in early 2010, before AAMI Park was completed.
Several major football clubs call AAMI Park home, including Melbourne Storm (NRL), Melbourne Victory (A-League), Melbourne City FC (A-League) and Melbourne Rebels (Super Rugby).
Melbourne Football Club has taken up residence in an administrative capacity, as well as sharing training facilities and utilising the adjacent Goschs' Paddock training fields - giving one of the world's oldest football clubs a home within a few drop punts of the MCG, their home ground for over 150 years.
Imaging @ Olympic Park (radiology) is also a tenant of AAMI Park.
AAMI Park is also serviced by a public cafe 'Edwin's Cafe', located on street level facing Olympic Boulevard.
