#AAMIPARK10 Terms & Conditions

Conditions of entry:

  1. Information on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry. Submission for the AAMI Park 10th Anniversary competition shall be deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The promotion prize draw is open to all residents in Victoria, excluding employees, contractors and tenants of the promoter and their employees and immediate families. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties.
  3. The promotion will run from 04/05/20 (10:00am AEST) until 31/05/20 (11:00 am AEST).
  4. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
  5. To enter, entrants must post to Twitter or Instagram, sharing their favourite moment at AAMI Park over the last 10 years, using the hashtag #AAMIPARK10, and tagging @AAMIPark.
  6. The entry must include an image from an experience at AAMI Park, along with a short written description of the moment.
  7. There is a limit no limit to the number of times a person can enter, however the total number of entries submitted by one person will not increase the likelihood of winning.
  8. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  9. Entries not complying with these conditions of entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
  10. This is a game of skill. Each valid entry will be individually judged on the creativity and/or quality of the answer or answers to questions.
  11. The prize will be awarded to the best valid entry (‘Winner’), as determined by the judges in their sole discretion.
  12. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Facebook or Twitter on 31/05/20. If the winner cannot be contacted on or before this date the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to somebody else. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability to contact the winner.
  13. The winner will be published at www.aamipark.com.au/AAMIPark10 in addition to the Promoter’s websites and social media.
  14. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the submission of your entry.
  15. For the winner, the prize consists of 10 family passes to any event at AAMI Park in 2021. The prize winner may only request tickets to two concerts in this time. The prize cannot be exchanged or be redeemed for cash and is not transferable. The Promoter will not be liable to the winner if any event is cancelled or postponed and the Promoter will not be liable to the winner or any other person for costs associated with attending any event which is cancelled or postponed.  No warranty is given by the Promoter as to how many events will be shown at AAMI Park.
  16. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and any amendment will be found on the website www.aamipark.com.au.
  17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Each entrant grants the Promoter the right to reproduce, publish, perform, communicate, adapt or otherwise use stories and photographs used to enter the AAMI Park 10th Anniversary competition at any time in the future for any purpose (including commercial purposes) free of any charge.
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with the entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity.  The Promoter has the right to determine these matters in its discretion.  Failure to provide proof to the satisfaction of the Promoter may result in the prize being forfeited.
  20. Subject to their written consent winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further recompense.
  21. The Promoter agrees that it will in relation to any personal data processed in connection with this promotion comply with the Data Protection Act 1988 and process such data only insofar as is necessary for the purpose of performing its obligations and in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on www.mopt.com.au/privacy-policy/.
  22. The Promoter will use the winner’s and each entrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this promotion.
  23. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
