Conditions of Entry

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted to be taken into the Stadium:

* Musical instruments
* Illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs
* Incendiary devices (flares, fireworks and smoke bombs)
* Firearms and explosives
* Chemical, radioactive or biological substances
* Laser lights
* Alcohol
* Animals (other than Assistance Dogs)
* Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades/ skates
* Professional cameras, audio recording devices or video cameras
* Camera Tripods and lenses above 200mm
* Chairs/ Stools
* Umbrellas are not to be used inside the Stadium
* Glass (including bottles) or cans, opened drink containers and plastic bottles greater than 600ml 
* Large flags/banners with handles exceeding 1.6m
* Unauthorised advertising material or flyers
* Any large item that cannot be placed under a seat; and
* Any other item that in the opinion of MOPT management could cause harm or public nuisance.

Standing Room
Please note there is no standing room at AAMI Park

Baby Change Facilities
Change tables are available in all accessible toilets and in the Parents Rooms located Level 1, Aisles 18 and 37.

Cloaking
Facilities are available at following Customer Service Centres;
   - Gate 1 (Level 1, Aisle 3)
   - Gate 8 (Level 1, Aisle 28)
A fee of $2 is charged for cloaking.  Items not collected at the end of the event are treated as lost property.  Some prohibited items (see Conditions of Entry) will not be cloaked.

Ejection from Stadium
A person may be liable for prosecution or a fine or may be ejected from the Stadium where they;
   - Use foul or abusive language, or make racial or threatening remarks or gestures
   - Is deemed by Stadium management to be displaying offensive, disorderly or unlawful behaviour.
   - Enters the Stadium or the playing arena without proper authorisation
   - Fails to comply with these conditions of entrey or a lawful request from Stadium employees.
No ticket refund will be paid to any person who is ejected from the Stadium.  It is an offence for a person to re-enter the Stadium within 24 hours after being ejected.

First Aid
St John Ambulance personnel are onsite for every pitch event to provide the general public with medical assistance if required.
There are three First Aid rooms with public access;
   - Level 1, Aisle 1
   - Level 1, Aisle 10
   - Level 1, Aisle 21
The main First Aid room is located back of house on Ground Level West.
In addition to First Aid rooms, St John Ambulance may have crews positioned around the Stadium.

Flags and Banners Policy
Flag poles exceeding 1.6 metre in length are considered prohibited items and are not permitted into the Stadium.  Such flag poles must either be surrendered and cloaked or taken back to the patron's vehicle.
The following items are also not permitted into the Stadium;
   - Large banners taking up more than the patron's seat
   - Flags and banners that may cause offence
   - Flags or banners that conflict with Stadium or event sponsors
A hirer may also impose further restrictions on the types of permitted flags or banners.

Smoking
AAMI Park is a smoke free Stadium.  Patrons are required to exit the Stadium to smoke, not within 3 metres of the Stadium on the Level 1 external concourse.

Gates
The Stadium has eight gates numbered 1-8.
   - Level 1 Gates 1, 2 & 3 (East) and 6, 7 & 8 (West) are public access gates.
   - Level 1, Gate 2 (East) and Gate 7 (West) are designated disabled entries with accessible turnstiles for wheelchairs or special needs patrons.
   - Ground Level Gate 1 (East) and Gate 5 (West) are designated Corporate entries.
   - Gate 4 is for Olympic Park Room (Corporate dining)
   - Gate 5 is for Corporate Suites 1-24 and is also the media entry on event day.

Lost & Found Property
Enquiry and drop-off points during an event are the Gate 1 Customer Service Centre (Level 1, Aisle 13) and Gate 8 (Level 1, Aisle 28).

Merchandise
There are two merchandise outlets located on Level 1 at Aisle 3 and Aisle 23.  Outlets are managed by the hirer's staff or volunteers.

Police Rooms
Victoria Police are onsite for all events at the Stadium.  Police Rooms are located on Ground Level East (Richmond side) off Entrance F.

Public Phones
Public phones are located on Ground Level at Entrance E (north west stairs to Level 1) & Entrance F (North East stairs to Level 1).
